- Pictures or idols of Dhanvantari, Kuber and Lakshmi-Ganesha

Step-by-step vidhi
- Prepare. Bathe in the evening, wear clean clothes and set the chowki with Dhanvantari, Kuber and Lakshmi-Ganesha.
- Sankalp and Ganesh puja. Take the sankalp and worship Ganesha first.
- Dhanvantari puja. Offer roli, rice, flowers, incense, lamp and naivedya to Dhanvantari, praying for the family’s health.
- Kuber and Lakshmi puja. Worship Kuber and Lakshmi and place the newly bought item in the puja.
- Yam Deepdan. Light the four-faced lamp and place it outside the main door facing south.
- Aarti. Perform the aarti and share prasad.
