Voluntary contributions

Contributions are voluntary support for a free service. They do not purchase any product or service, and are non-refundable.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged in error, tell us through the Contact page with the transaction details (date, amount, payment reference or transaction ID, and the email or phone used). Once verified, the duplicate or erroneous amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
